Agenda

1. Are the products feasible to execute?
So far, all the products are feasible for us to execute. Each item has been confirmed and successfully passed sample testing with decent results. There’s still an ongoing discussion regarding how to keep the ice cream cold and how to reheat the potatoes, but overall, everything looks good.

2. Are we willing to spend the amount we presented?
Yes, we've calculated the production costs and have a clear understanding of how much each product will cost to make. However, we’re still awaiting donations or sponsorship to move forward.

Status Update
- Logistics: currently sourcing the products at the most cost-effective prices and checking the quantity of supplies required. So far, we’ve already secured the necessary packaging and utensils.

- NGO : We’ve reached out to the NGO and received their approval to use their name at our booth.
