Outcomes

Status of Preparation:

We have already reached out to our chosen NGO and informed them that we will be using their name in our project. They have acknowledged our intention. Currently, the proposal is in progress, and members are working on their respective sections.

Prototype Plan and Status:

·       Still in progress and will be discussed further in the next meeting

Donation Proposal:

·       Currently working on the proposal

·       Finding source of donations

What is your progress based on your role and responsibility?

·       As a leader, I'm currently trying to lead my team and initiate discussion with them as well as solving some problems we're facing

·       As a secretary, I am in charge of the Donation Request which I am having minor problems with

Aimie Atma Binti Basirin (0139018)

Role Assigned: Treasurer & Secretary

What is your progress based on your role and responsibility?

·       As the treasurer, I’ve begun outlining a simple budget estimate based on our products and booth requirements. I’m currently facing problem in estimating the quantity of each products needed, as it affects both the overall cost.

·       As the secretary, I have been documenting all group discussions and starting to work on the donation proposal.

Role assigned: Visual and Factual Research Team & NGO Team

What is your progress based on your role and responsibility?

·       For visual research, I'm planning the final concept for the booth

·       As part of the NGO team,  an email is wrote as a proposal towards the chosen NGO. It was replied, now planning about collecting brochures

Role assigned: Visual and Factual Research Team & Marketing and Promotional Team

What is your progress based on your role and responsibility?

·       As a part of Visual and Factual Research, I need to design posters for promoting our booth and  products.

·       As the marketing department, me and my marketing partner will think about the content of the video we want to shoot.

Role assigned: Logistics & Marketing and Promotional Team

What is your progress based on your role and responsibility?

·       As the person in charge of logistics, I plan to compare prices at different stores over the weekend to find affordable and high-quality ingredients.

·       As the marketing department, I’m thinking about how to promote our event and encourage people to donate.

What is your progress based on your role and responsibility?

·       As part of the logistics team, we are figuring out the number of products to be made for each product

·       As part of the NGO team, we have prepared a donation proposal to be sent to our chosen NGO and had received a reply from them

What is your progress based on your role and responsibility?

·       For visual research, this week we have finished all the concept and design for our booth and products.

·       For NGO team, we have send an email to them and had replied by them. Next, we will set a date for collecting brochures from them.
