Discussion Process

·       Each group member presented their own product ideas to the team, explaining the overall concept along with 2 proposed products and their rationale.

·       After all ideas were shared, we had an open discussion where we evaluated each option based on feasibility, cost, and how well it matched our booth concept.

 

Final Decisions

Concept: Casita Dreams: Voice Unseen

1.      Brownies topped with ice cream: Hopeful Sweets

2.      “Silent Crunch” Crispy Potato

3.      Ice Sticks: Casita Cooler

·       Our group conducted a simple voting session to decide on the final product ideas.

·       Each member voted for their top 3 preferences among the brainstormed options.

What is your game plan based on your role?

·       As a leader, I'll try my best to lead them and make sure everyone is on good terms and cooperating while making sure our plans run smoothly

·       As a secretary, I’ll be in charge of proposals and any reports.


Aimie Atma Binti Basirin (0139018)

Role Assigned: Secretary & Treasurer

What is your game plan based on your role?

·       As a secretary, I am in charge in documenting the discussion.

·       As a treasurer, I am keeping track of our team budget considerations during the idea selection process.


Ethan Tan Wen Jie (0139155)

Role assigned: Visual and Factual Research Team & NGO Team

What is your game plan based on your role?

·       Might plan final concept for booth

Role assigned: Visual and Factual Research Team & Marketing and Promotional Team

What is your game plan based on your role?

·       The game plan based on my role is to create a mind map for one of the final products, the ice stick, and another mind map for the final concept, Casita Dreams. I will also draw sketches of the product.

·       Planning about booth advertising strategies and discuss with my partner.

·       The game plan based on my role is planning effective booth advertising strategies and conducting market price research for required materials.

·       make a table of all of our product stocks

Role assigned: Visual and Factual Research Team & NGO Team

What is your game plan based on your role?

·       The game plan based on my visual and factual research is do the final product and booth sketch, and done the final concept and product mind map, and our logo.

·       The game plan based on my NGO team is in charge in communication with our NGO(SUKA society).

Mind Map Personal Reflection           Creating the Casita Dreams booth concept and product idea involved a thoughtful process filled with both creative exploration and practical challenges. The first major obstacle was finding a suitable and meaningful theme that could represent SUKA Society’s mission of protecting and empowering vulnerable children. It was important to develop a concept that felt emotionally sincere, visually engaging, and relevant to the organization’s work. After exploring different ideas, the concept of a “casita” which indicates a small, safe home was chosen to represent healing, protection, and belonging for vulnerable children.           Two products were selected to reflects the theme which are Casita Ice Stick and the Little Home Keychain.
